We operate with allergens present in our food preparation area including but not an exhaustive list:
gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, milk, mustard, yeast, nuts and peanuts.
Though care is taken to accommodate requests, the management and staff CANNOT guarantee cross contamination will not occur.

Delivery or Collection:
A valid telephone must be provide when ordering. The order may not be cooked and put on hold until the customer has called the restaurant, if a phone number has not provided and the restaurant could not confirm the order items, address or any other information to complete the order, the order will not be fulfilled.

Payments and Who we share your data with:

If you choose to pay online, you will be transferred to our payment partner Stripe or Paypal’s secure website to complete the transaction and returned to our thank you page when the transaction is complete. Stripe may ask you to store your card information seccurely for quicker payments. We do not ask for or store credit card details.
Card payment using Stripe; If the order was rejected by the restautant after the payment was taken ( while waiting for a confirmation from the restaurant) and before you have received your order, the payment will be refunded automatically back to the card. The refund may take upto 5 working days to show up in your account.
If a refund was issued after you have received your order, the refund will be made manually and could take upto 5 working days after the date the refund was issued.
Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by the customer’s card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the customer’s replacement card. If no replacement exists, the card issuer usually delivers the refund to the customer using an alternate method (e.g., check or bank account deposit).
What rights you have over your data:
If you have an account on this site, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
